The Music

(english translation)

I do believe that Music is everything.
There is nothing beyond Music, separated from it, logically distinct. Only the reality, with the few things we know about it, seems to be authonomous; but if we talk about man, about his life, his death and feeling, then the music completes our dialogue. And it has any sense to talk about the sensible reality if not in function of man, of his life, death and feeling? I don't think so.

I think instead that music is the only sensible human manifestation having all the characteristics of the so-called "essence" of man, or if you like, of the soul: temporary in its manifestation, eternal in its existence.
The Music is the only human creation that can give a meaning to Plato's Ideas and it completes them. But these are transfigured Ideas: not anymore perfect representatives of the concrete objects of reality, but only representations of the states of the soul, and not anymore distinct the one from the other, but united in the liquid flux of thought and feeling.

For how many years Man has quarreled on the apparent dichotomy between Reason and Feeling! I believe that Music is the most clear demonstration of the inseparability of these two concept. The Reason is the structure of Music, its rules, the quantitative determination of its relations. The Feeling is the flesh on this skeleton, which give him life, and the ability to move and dance.
This is the reason why is not possible to create new Music by reasoning, as we would do to solve an equation. The true Music, the one which talk about us and which really bring on Earth a piece of soul, is the one which come from the most ancestral part of Man, that underground and instinctive life that psychoanalysis baptized as "unconscious".
In these terms, the Music arise to its most adapt dimension: a thread between reality and soul, between passion and reason.

With all of this I don't want to propose a philosophycal doctrine or sustain that Music is a divinity. Instead I would like to show you that Music, as well as Love, is one of the most exciting and convincing demonstrations of the affection of the Divine for Mankind.
And if Music has not been able to show you what's Love, then leave Love to make you listen the Music
.
